Grand Prix Barrier Wall
Paul J. Rach, Inc. was contracted to construct over 2,000 pieces of specially designed Pre-Cast Barrier Wall which would be used to form the race track along Baltimore City Streets. The forms were designed and built by Paul J Rach, Inc. and the walls were poured over a 12 month span.
