Safety

Paul J. Rach, Inc. implements an organized and effective safety program to ensure that all of our employees return home safe at the end of the work day. It is our commitment to ensure a safe work environment for not only our employees and employees of other contractors on a project, but the general public as well.

Our commitment starts at the top and requires all employees, from management to new hires, to be committed to our safety program and providing a safe work environment. As part of our new hire orientation, all new employees are required to complete our in house Safety Orientation led by our Safety Director Joe Provance. During the orientation, all new hires are introduced to our safety program and the programs four main objectives:

  1. To safeguard the health, welfare, and property of Paul J. Rach, Inc. employees and the general public, by preventing accidents.

  2. To conform to federal, state and local regulations.

  3. To improve our overall efficiency and productivity while controlling our losses and expenses.

  4. To attain a "0" accident rate.
